Commenting ID Re-entry

Commenting Feature

A user with an account will be able to share their uploads with other users and non users via a public link or through email. They will be able to comment on the item after entering their name and email in the respective input boxes and check off a reCAPTCHA.

After their initial comment, they will not need to re-enter their credentials in that session. In subsequent sessions, these values will be already filled in. After reboot, these values will have to be re-entered.

These values will be saved based off of the account that shared this item and the account these comments are under. Therefore, there will be no need to re-enter information for other projects under the same account. Projects under different accounts will require re-entry.
