Replacing is a useful tool if you just need to update the main image within your Prevue, but keep the same existing URL.



To replace a Prevue, visit the project detail page (by selecting the cog icon at the top right) and find the Prevue you'd like to replace.



Select 'Replace' from the options.



Replaced images will be indicated to you (not to your client) with a version number in the detail view.

Properties that are updated when you replace a Prevue are:

• Main image
• Thumbnail
• Dimensions
• Upload date

Properties that are not changed:

• Name
• URL
• Position (within project)
• Background attributes
• Annotations
• Notes
• Statistics

Replacing a Prevue will delete the original. You cannot retrieve this.
