An example of a project

Projects are the same as Folders on your computer, and act as a simple way to group Prevues. Projects come with some features that aren't available to individual uploads – which make them a great tool for sharing and managing your work.

  1. The toolbar
This top bar shows the different navigational and editing options available within the project

Rename - The small pencil next to the project name will re-name the project
The views - On the right you will see the three views; Project view (this page), Detail view and Stats view
Import a Prevue - If you have ungrouped (individual) Prevues in your library, this green dropdown will display and enable you to import Prevues. Learn more here.

  2. Drag & Drop
Clicking on the names of your Prevues will take you to Fullscreen View, however you can also select anywhere on the thumbail image to drag-and-drop the order of your project.
Learn more about re-ordering your work

  3. Notes
Notes are displayed here along with replies from your clients (displayed in yellow). You are also able to add links to notes, find out how.

  4. Sharing & Feedback
At the bottom of your project you will find the tools to allow you to share and protect your project.

Share - This will open a dialogue box giving you the direct URL to give your clients. You also have the ability to Tweet this link
Delete - You can delete this project and everything within it
RSS - Un-protected projects can be subscribed to via RSS. Learn more here.
Protect - Clicking the lock will reveal a modal box, allowing you to password protect this project. Learn more about security.
Allow feedback - Turning this on (green) will enable others to add notes and annotations to your Prevues.
